Barclays
At Barclays I was involved in a range of projects from personal financial management tools to wealth management applications.
At Thomson I was involved in several projects ranging from designing user journeys from searching to booking package holidays and booking management. Projects were carried out by applying the full user centred design process.
I contributed to the UX process for gwr.com. Part of the project involved defining the navigation accross all user touchpoints and designing journeys for sleeper trains within the booking flow.
The client required a new CMS based on software-as-a-service (SaaS) as opposed to more traditional methods of access. My role was to define the information architecture and create seamless journeys for the key use cases identified. Part of this project involved researching users, competitive analysis and rapid prototyping.
The project requirements was to redesign the "Visit Europe" website to increase user engagement and convert those users into visitors to Europe. The project involved in-depth user research, customer journey mapping, information architecture and rapid prototyping.
